We produce a full range of fresh produce packaging for the fruits and vegetables industry. The corrugated plastic boxes are made from food contact grade Polypropylene which is waterproof and chemical resistant. The main products include nestable totes for fruit picking up, and plastic packaging boxes for ginger, garlic, asparagus, grapes, apples, etc. They work well in both cool houses and hot houses, are much more durable than paper cardboard boxes, and are 100% recyclable.
Vine and Tree Guards

The plastic pallet box is very lightweight, tough, and space-saving, it’s composed of three parts, the lid, the sleeve, and the pallet, of which the lid and the pallet are made from HDPE solid plastic sheet, and the sleeves are made from multiwall PP sheets or PP honeycomb panels.
Collapsible bulk containers are quite convenient and space-saving when not in use, the boxes can be stacked on top of each other when fully collapsed. (with sleeves in between pallets and lids) Easy installation and heavy-duty features make plastic pallet boxes more and more popular for various industry applications.
PP layer pads are made from high-quality polypropylene hollow sheets, they are 4 sides thermal sealed, rigid, and lightweight, widely used as divider layers of stacked products such as bottles and cans. Unlike the cardboard sheets, PP layer pads are weatherproof, tear-proof, reusable, and washable, so the layer pads can effectively help users to save huge packaging costs.
Twin wall Polypropylene sheet is lightweight, durable, weatherproof, and inexpensive, with those excellent features, it is widely used for printing advertising substrate for both indoor and outdoor displays, such as yard signs and real estate signs. Corrugated PP sheets are suitable for lettering, laminating, silk screen printing, flexo printing, and flatbed digital printing.

Those sheets are available from 8mm to 15mm, shapes, colors, printing, and sizes can also be customized.
We have abundant experience in designing and producing recycling bins from corrugated plastic sheets. Owing to our innovations in corrugated plastic recycling bins, In 2015, Ecore was selected as the supplier for the Baku European Games. Till now we have designed and developed a complete series of recycling bins and recyclable collectors for different end uses.
